(a) A Life Member is an Ordinary Member who:
(i)(A) has retired from their full or part time position in the field of pharmacology and/or toxicology; or
(B) is employed in a full or part time position in the field of pharmacology and/or toxicology and has reached the age of 65; and
(ii) has made a significant contribution to the Company and the field of pharmacology and/or toxicology; and
(iii) is recommended for Life Membership by the Board; and
(iv)is approved for Life Membership by a majority of Members Present at an annual general meeting of the Company following a motion being put forward by the Board that the candidate be accepted as a Life Member of the Company.
(b) Life Members are Voting Members.
(c) Life Members are not required to pay an annual Subscription.
